Here I am, all sad to be among the quilts on exhibit...this was one of the three non-purple ones...LOL!
These were the only two quilts that I wanted to take home... maybe because they were the only ones that I could dream of making? Maybe! LOL! The things we saw, OMG! I tell you, nothing is as demoralizing to a beginner than going to a quilt show with row after row of quilts that you know you will never be good enough to make. UGH...it was a sad day...but then there were these two cuties; so I put them on my bucket list. =)

That's EXACTLY how I feel when visiting the show in Houston..like "WHY do I even BOTHER?!". But I just keep on keepin' on cause I LOVE quilting!!
Oh you look like you need some cheering UP!!! LOL!!! Those quilts are beautiful....I can only imagine what the rest looked like.....! I'm having a 100th post give away...come on over!

Oh man is that house one gorgeous...well, they both are but that house one just gets me excited about quilting all over again.
Me too, Mary. I love the one with the houses. Can you get the pattern, Brenda? Maybe we can all do it together.
Oh you lucky girl. You look so sad it breaks my heart....LOL! Looks like you two had great fun looking at all the beautiful quilts.
OOOHHH! I will agree that those two quilts are fabulous.
Oh poor you! If I had known about the show, I could have joined you in your sadness. We could have been sad together. :) But I think it might have taken me 30 minutes to get there instead of 5...another reason to be sad. Boo hoo :)

I find the first one (with houses) the best!

I went to the show on Sat. What day did you go? It was a great show.
Just go for it Brenda... with practice you can do anything!!
