I'm so excited! The Valdani Threads have finally arrived!
I have read great things about these threads and Kaaren swears by them so I ordered them and they arrived just this afternoon. Woo-HOO!
Still packed as you can see, I will have them posted sometime tomorrow.
If you are making the Wool Crazy quilt you'll definitely want to give these a try... I can't wait to try them myself! B=)

Ohhhhh, I have heard of these threads....good things. Is Valdani 3 or 6 strands? Also it it a size 10 or 12 thread? Just wanted some specifics..lol. Is there one size of spool (or wad) lol...whatever it is called?
I love valdani but have never sewn with them. I use them for punch needle, love the look.

I bought some a while ago but have not used it yet.. but do have a project in mind for what I got...can't wait to see what you make with it!!
Oooooh... I got a feelin' that these threads ain't for quiltin'... but I still got one of those "shivers" - you know the kind I mean?.. when I looked at your picture! LOL

Oh yes...Valdani threads are wonderful! What size did you get?
I love stitching with Valdani. Are these size 8 as in JoAnn's book or size 12 like Primitive Gatherings used?
So is this for hand sewing or is it for something like to use with machines?
I went to a guild meeting touting how important thread is depending on your project and was wondering what made these so special?
These threads are the greatest, gals and if Brenda listened to what I've experienced, I'm hoping they will be size 12.
These threads are strong and durable and don't fray as does regular floss. Nor do they knot as much. Because of this, and because of the colors, they are perect for wool on wool or wool on cotton applique.

I ♥ Valdani thread! I use them for wool and they are beautiful. Slightly variegated, don't have to separate, silky-smooth...they're just a pleasure to work with!
I love the look of these and shall be buying some sooner rather than later.

I'm using these to stitch a sampler and really enjoying them. The color is fantastic!

Love the Valdani thread! using the perle 8 for the wool crazy quilt...thanks for carrying the threads, will be much easier to find and purchase now :)
